This place is so cool! The atmosphere was great the people were amazing and the look was just fun. There was live music which was great and so much fun for our family. It wasn’t what I expected, but the food was soso ... the staff was friendly. The temperature was miserable and this could totally just be because we are from out of town and not use to the no AC. Also, the waitress brought us a lemonade in a kids cup for my two year old and there was an ear wig in the glass. She immediately took it away and brought us new ones. It was a fun experience but we probably won’t return.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The wait staff was super friendly. My drink was forgotten, but the wait staff realized it and apologized and corrected it immediately, and my friend's meal was supposed to be vegan, but want, and they corrected that very quickly as well. My burger was a bit more dry than usual (less sauce), but otherwise, the experience was pleasant.

We ate here for the first time today and loved it! The food is so fresh and deliciously prepared. I ordered the breakfast burrito (vegetarian), and it was the best burrito I've ever tasted. My son thought the French toast was "amazing". Portions are very generous for breakfast/brunch. We can't wait to return!

All the food is delicious but the tacos are where it's at! And the locally made rootbeer... and the lemonade... and the Mexican mocha (lots of vegetarian/ vegan options)

Such an awesome unique place. Everywhere you look you find something you would have never seen in any other restaurant. I had the breakfast burrito on a rainy Sunday afternoon just before close and it was perfect! Only a couple other tables so nice and quiet. The Chipotle aoile was to die for!!! I will come back again and again! The wife had the pesto tomato soup and grilled cheese and tomato. It was also amazing! Go here you will not be disappointed and I'm easily disappointed when eating out lately.

Good healthy food. Awesome veggie options. The tempe tacos were delicious and they roast their own coffee beans. Excellent!

Eclectic and quirky. Open mic night is a lot of fun. Good food and drink selections (bento bowls, soup specials and tasty desserts). There are vegetarian and gluten free options.

Love the art. Love the food. All the photo-ception was fun to look at as well. You get a ton of food, so even if the price may seem steep, you're getting your money's worth. As far as coastal prices go though. This place is pretty reasonable. Definitely coming back. There were so many good things I could hardly choose from them all.

Eating, drinking and listening to music here is a unique experience. A very local feel, cool vibe and excellent menu. Priced resonably. Locals and visitors alike love this place. Close to the beach for that after-dinner walk

Great atmosphere. Bento bowl was mostly rice with only a small layer of chicken and veggies. And the Diablo pasta special, which did NOT list shrimp on the menu, had shrimp. But the replacement dish was very large and good.

Loved the funky vibe. Lots of options. Nice organic coffee. Everything we ate was delicious.

Tempeh tacos are to die for!!! Love everything about the place. Relaxing drive from Dallas unless you're my passenger. Hotel California wall art is my favorite.

My friends and I visited for lunch on the weekend, and it was a lovely and delicious experience! The staff was very friendly and polite, the food arrived promptly, and the atmosphere was wonderful! We ordered the grilled cheese, tomato-pesto soup and the teriyaki bowl and they were amazing. My friend and I shared the soup and teriyaki, and I will definitely be going back. Great place!

We’ve been here a couple times. Really nice vibe, inspired art, good food. The service can be really slow and they might not have what’s listed on the menu but honestly, the people make up for it and there is live music, too. So there’s that.

Oregon hippie all around - from the decor to the menu. Welcoming and cozy atmosphere with lots of fun, quirky art to look at. The upstairs area gets tons of natural sunlight. The food is great and the staff is always friendly. They do a great job of serving you promptly but then giving you space to do your thing, so you don't feel rushed to leave.

Great selection of fresh local healthy food. We are vegetarian and it was perfect. The atmosphere is very cozy with tons of things to look at.

Food is so tasty. I drove thru Newport just to have lunch here. Give them a Michelin Star!

I’m not sure how I’ve gone this long without writing a review, because this place is my favorite restaurant, pretty much ever. So much so, that my husband and I were even married here!Every meal we have ordered has been absolutely delicious! As a long time hater of vegetables, it’s not often that I say I actually enjoyed a salad, but the salads here taste so fresh, it’s like they picked the lettuce from the back yard. And the house dressing is absolutely amazing; I bring home a jar every time I eat here. The staff is always nice, and the facilities clean. The atmosphere is funky and fun, and it feels like the kind of place where everyone feels welcomed!The Sunday brunch is definitely the best, and I can only hope that someday the breakfast tacos become an all day option. Pro tip: Get the dessert, and order it first. You won’t be sorry.

What an unexpected surprise when we went into Cafe Mundo. This place is always wonderful with excellent food and great beer. This time we got to listen to outstanding live music too. Great end to a wonderful day.

Went for the first time on Valentine's Day. They had a "Love songs and belly dancing" show. Their menu caters to vegetarian and vegan but they have burgers, chicken and fish as well. Everything was fabulous! The staff was quick with their service, the entertainment was great, and the over all atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return.

Not many places with grilled fish and Cafe Mundo stacks up as a great hideaway eatery. Serving size was plentiful. The serano salsa is superb. Great array of drink selection. Service is sincere and attentive. Decor is eclectic funk in a spacious inside/outside envrionment. Top of my list of places to visit when I roll into town.

Excellent vibe, awesome food with tons of unique and fresh choices. The grounds and building are extremely unique. Definitely the place to be for vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Live music was also great and the waitstaff was fun and friendly.

This place is kooky in a fun and fantastic way. Super arty and creative decor. Lots of imagination. Cool setup for open Mic and live music. The best Mexican Mocha I have ever had. Just fun.

Great food. I had fish tacos. Wonderful​ flavor and spice but my wife thought it was too spicy. The decor is a little rough but its clean. They have kombucha and beer on tap and good coffee.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Newport. It's a funny little cafe with strange paintings and artwork, but cute and eclectic. They have 2 levels and use a dumbwaiter to transport food from the kitchen to the balcony level seating. It's fascinating enough to go just for that. The food is excellent, as is the coffee. The fish tacos are some of the best I've ever had, their breakfast menu is to die for, and I am obsessed with their amazing mochas. Strong and delicious coffee.

Great spot with a decent menu. Just big enough to have options but not so big that it's cumbersome. Service can be slower here but the food is good and the atmosphere is nice. They seem to use quality ingredients and the staff are generally friendly. Boardgames for your table while you are waiting. They usually have the doors and windows open so you get a good sea breeze. Also vegetarian friendly.

This place is so great. Awesome selection, terrific food and service. Not to mention how cool it is. And when we were there, a wonderful pianist was playing.

I love this arty place! I had a tempeh burger and it was sooooooo good! It came with a salad and the house poppy seed dressing which was delicious. They have matcha lattes that are puuuurrrrfect too! The guy who served me was super nice! They have a really relaxing and creative vibe going there.

Fantastic organic food! Kind attentive staff. Many options for coffee and hot drinks. They have some alcohol. Out door seating. Lot of local culture. Some local entertainment, check schedule.
